Check out this mouth watering, easy, keto friendly, chocolate chip cookie.  Mix almond flour, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl. Set aside. In separate mixing bowl, cream together butter, swerve, and egg. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix together until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Butter cast iron skillet and evenly spread cookie dough mixture.  Place in 400 degree preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.  Carefully remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!!
