Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the order number, the shipping invoice, or some other proof of purchase. Additional requirements differ based on product-type:

  • Apparel, Accessories, Makeup/Skin Care Accessories - your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Eligible for refund or store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase price. Special orders or personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • Supplements, Nutrition, Makeup, Skin Care, Men's Care, and Personal Care - item must be returned in its original packaging. Item may be either unopened or partially used, but container/packaging cannot be empty. Eligible for store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase price, but ineligible for refund. 

Accepted returns are free. To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@bodybailout.com or chat with us on the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
While Body Bailout is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we want to be able to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@bodybailout.com if the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods so that we can thoroughly review the incident.


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at customerservice@bodybailout.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
