Processing & Fulfillment Policy
Standard orders for in-stock merchandise are processed and fulfilled within 3 business days. If you place a special order for apparel, it will be made to order and will require extra fulfillment time. We will contact you via email with details on when you can expect your order to be completed and shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Late Fulfillment
If your order is going to be late for any reason, we'll do our best to let you know. If it is going to be extremely late, we will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
FREE ground shipping on orders of $80 or more. For orders under $80, we offer ground shipping for a flat rate of $5.99. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to USPS Post Office boxes, but we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the courier’s shipping system for a period of 15 days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Damages and Issues
While Body Bailout is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we want to be able to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@bodybailout.com if the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods so that we can thoroughly review the incident.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the order number, the shipping invoice, or some other proof of purchase. Additional requirements differ based on product-type:
- Apparel, Accessories, Makeup/Skin Care Accessories - your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Eligible for refund or store credit. Special orders or personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- Supplements, Nutrition, Makeup, Skin Care, Men's Care, and Personal Care - item must be returned in its original packaging. Item may be either unopened or partially used, but container/packaging cannot be empty. Eligible for store credit, but ineligible for refund.
Accepted returns are free. To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@bodybailout.com or chat with us on the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
