Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large pan, cook down onions and mushrooms. Once vegetables have been cooked down remove from pan and add in ground turkey. Brown turkey. Turn off heat. I cut off the top of the peppers, cleaned the inside, and added the mixture. Once you’ve filled your peppers top with cheese and cook uncovered with 30 minutes. I added a little beef broth to the bottom of the dish so the peppers wouldn’t stick.

Strain Brussels sprouts.
In mixing bowl toss Brussels sprouts with avocado oil.
Transfer to baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins or until crispy.
Flip over 12-15 mins or when top turns golden brown.

•Slice banana down the center leaving the peel on.
•Open banana and spread a tablespoon of natural peanut butter in between the sliced banana.

Rinse sweet potato and slice into even strips.
