Sweet Potato Fries

LOW CALORIE, easy sweet potato fries. VERY TASTY!!!
Pre-heat oven to 450
Rinse sweet potato and slice into even strips.
Boil on stove top for 10 minutes or until soft. (Not too soft)
Drain water, and toss in avocado oil. Spread evenly on baking dish and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon evenly over fries.
Bake at 450 for 30-40 minutes flipping over every 10 minutes.
Remove and enjoy!
