• Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
• Julienne, or french cut squash into even strips.
• Toss in avocado oil and spread evenly on baking dish.
• Sprinkle with Himalayan sea salt
• Bake for 15 minutes and flip fries over. Bake additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
