BB Workouts

We offer LIVE, virtual group fitness classes through Zoom! These 40 minute classes are free to anyone who would like to participate. Here is our current schedule:
- Monday - 6:30 pm EST / 5:30 pm CST - TOTAL BODY REBOOT:
- Total Body Reboot is a full body workout that combines HIIT drills, strength training moves, and yoga to help you scorch fat, sculpt your muscles, gain strength, and improve flexibility.
To participate, simply complete our online registration and waiver form. After completion, Melissa or Delana will reach out to you and get you added to our Live Workouts group on Facebook. That's where you'll find details and Zoom meeting links for every workout. Can't make the scheduled workout time? No worries! Replays will also be available in our Facebook group!
